Bio

Vetle Skåli (b. 2000) is a professional guitarist and composer from Tvedestrand, based in Oslo, Norway. Vetle is active in several projects and has toured and played on many of Norways most renowned jazz venues the last few years. Among these projects are his own band Skaali Quartet, jazzfusion band METI, the jazzrock trio TOG and the jazzfusion quartet Bjark. All of which have released albums in 2023. In addition to these projects, there are many exciting new projects on the way.

Vetle graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Performing Music from the University in Agder in 2023. He is currently taking his master’s degree in Jazz and Improvised Music at The Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo.
